Hi everyone,
I got this 2017, E400 coupe a few months ago and had been dealing with this whistling noise since then. The noise appears when the speed goes over the 60 mph. I am not sure if it comes from transmission or no. I have shifted the gear to neutral. However, the noise still could be heard after for the few seconds. Can someone help me with this problem? By the way, the engine is V6 3.0 turbo.

I have a 2015 and have no such noise. Could be anything.

I think its just the snorkel that leads from the filter ti the ram/cai above the radiator.

Everytime i accelerate hard it whistles and its annoying. I feel like it could be restriction but idk.

I had a whistling noise that appeared to come form my front end/dash on my 2015 sedan. In my case it's a known issue with a foam kit solution and no more whistling noise. This affects the front main grill.
