Anyone track their coupe?

Thinking about changing out the suspension to Bilstein B12 or B14 kits and taking her for some track days. Probably upgrade the pads and fluid as well. The car isn't as heavy as I thought, it seems to be about 3600lbs curb weight which isn't great but I've tracked cars in the same weight class before and it was a lot of fun and fine.

Surely it is the wrong model to track? These are not fast cars they are more a cruising comfortable mid performance car/coupe. Track a C63 or similar.

Track what ya got.

Fair call mate

Don't expect too much as its not a particularly good chassis, but will certainly be better with a decent suspension. Up to you whether the expense is worth it over just slapping on a set of sticky tyres and doing it as it comes.

You are not going to run with the other cars in your class. That should not stop you from driving/racing what you have. I am the only E550 in a sea of Mustangs & Camaros. I am there for the grin factor. It is just for fun and to learn how to drive my car better. The torque coming out of the corners is addictive. Hit the breaks because the next corner is coming up fast.

Looks like fun. Never realized how small he rear rotors are compared to the fronts.

wow, that looks like it was fun. how did it do? can imagine a 550 being loads of fun on the track. don't know why anyone would want to track a 350 though.
