No start help

I just purchased a 2011 E550. The dealership had trouble programing the keys. Once they got it we tested both keys by starting the turning the car off with each. I left drove a few miles and stopped at a store. Came out the car started fine. Got home and was looking up how to sync my phone to the car. The car will now not start. No click no crank, tried with the keyless go and both keys. Also the drivers side power window will nt go up. It seem that all other electronics are working. Any idea what I did?

I would try new batteries in the Key Fob first, page 78 in your manual. And also make sure your starter battery is charged.

If the batteries were flat in the key you ought to get a warning on the dash.

There was no warning light when it happen to me but replacing the Fob battery solved my problem.

Thanks guys I'll try that today. Northridgeaz, did yours have the window problem that I have?

Sorry, I don't know about the windows as they and the top were down and the car was garaged when it happen. I left it that way until I solved the problem with the key battery and then put the top and the windows up. Also make sure that the replacement batteries you buy are fresh. Check the date code on the package. The first pack I bought at Lowes and installed didn't solve the issue and it wasn't until I checked the packaging they came in did I notice that they had expired.
