Roof not working

So my e350 a207 convertible roof has all of a sudden stopped working. No warning lights or error codes? Can someone help?
when pressing the latch down to initiate the roof the windows don’t fully come down but instead stop and then latch has to be pressed down again. Once windows are all down all I hear is a mechanical clunk and that’s it. No hydraulic pump noise no nothing?

Someone help me out! It’s summer and I need this sorting out.
Either show me locations of fuses or relays to check etc

I wish i could help you, take it to the dealer and ask them what is wrong and what it will cost to fix, at least you will then know the cause. You don't have to give them the job to fix.

hello, I have the exact same problem with my e550 a207. Did you find a solution? Did you work out where the relevant fuse and relays are located? I’m desperate to get my roof working again now the sun is out. Any help very gratefully received. Thanks!
