Missing tools in 2019 E450C (USA)
 

Hi everyone,
I'm a new E450C owner and I'm based in Southern California, Today while trying to put my license plate on my one month old 2019 E450 Coupe I looked for a screwdriver in the trunk but couldn't find any tool bag (yes I looked under the trunk cover). I also checked and it seems my tirefit kit is also missing.
Aren't any of these provided?
I'm attaching a picture of what I see in the trunk.

What does your dealer say if car is brand new?

Yep, that's how mine looks as well. Forget about screwdrivers, we don't even get the basic jack and wrench! Changed my wheels yesterday and had to use the tools from the GL. The space there is actually not intended for tools, just extra storage space. I picked up my car (US model) in Sindelfingen factory like that.

Thanks so much, I also reached out to the dealer which mentioned the same thing. It's just a bummer, but I believe I can get a toolkit and put it in the car.

AT least MB gives you a tow hook — GM doesn't.
