It's Finally Here!!!

Just picked it up tonight. Dealer did the tint and installed the E53 Diffuser. I couldn't be happier! Great to drive and the owners manual will take about 4 months to digest.

I'm very happy for you Archangel60 , its a beautiful car . Got my cabrio earlier this year so I know the feeling ..I love the diffuser with the four pipes ,can you give me an estimate as to what it would cost me to purchase same and have it installed . .Thanks for the pictures .

Beautiful! Congratulations.

Thanks for all the well wishes. It's truly a phenomenal car and I couldn't have made a better choice. After driving a C300 Coupe for so long, this is a bigger car with more heft (in a good way) and I won't be able to toss it around like my C, but I love how it handles. It'll take some getting used to.

I got my parts from CKS Performance (2 tips, 2 mounting blocks and diffuser) for around $800 plus shipping. Installation is a different matter. I've bought a few cars from this dealer and they know me well so I got the labor rate at half price. It's apparently more involved than I first suspected: They had to remove the rear fascia as well as some wiring harnesses. You might want to consult with the dealer for actual installation costs. Alternatively, if you know of a reputable body shop, you could check there also. I will say that every salesperson was gathered around my car saying how great the exhaust looks, so I'm really happy that I spent the money to do it.

Thanks again , I'll follow your advice and check with the dealer first . Its a great addition to a perfect car !
