I have a 2017 E Class Cabriolet (A238). Passenger wiper blade has stopped working. A quick google led me to see about tightening the wiper nut. When I took a look, it seems to be worn and I'm not sure how I'd get any grip on it. That's if I'm looking in the right place. Dealer replaced the blades a couple of months ago and wouldn't have been touched since. I'm attaching pics. Would dealer have even touched the nuts while changing blades? Grateful for any tips that I should be looking at, thanks.
