Ready light in instruments

I just picked up my new 2023 E450 Cabriolet last week and I haven't been able to find this in the owners manual. There is a green "Ready" light in my instrments, to the lower left of the right dial/gauge. What does this mean?

This is correct, the reason this exist on MB's 48V mild hybrid vehicles is because of the ISG, there is no longer a traditional starter and the vehicle fires right up, you don't hear cranking so you might not know if the car is on or off or otherwise idling especially in insulated cars like an E-Class. So the Ready is to let you know the engine is running and you can just put the vehicle in drive and be on your way.
