Bad noise after start-up on 240D when cold
Hello,

I turn on the key and start the engine. Then comes a very bad noise from the front just after the engine starts. It only longs for 1 second and is very loud and bad. I had experienced this with another 2006-year gasoline car; so I assume this is not particular to old mercedes diesels.

I have bought the car 10 days ago so I don't have much experience with it. The weather got colder here in last days and I am having this problem since yesterday. What might it be? What should check?
