E320 Cabriolet Top won't drop

Hi there. New to the board. My 94 E320 Cab convertible top just stopped working. The windows go down after I push the roof up, but the rear pin doesn't release so nothing happens after that. Just happened yesterday evening. The two Fuses under the hood on the passenger side look good. Any ideas. Dealer wants me to show up. Says there's too many variables to guess. Battery condition is good. 12.65 volts with car off. Thanks

Just a shot in the dark, but have you checked the fluid level in the reservoir? It's in the trunk by the right side wheel well somewhere behind the trim.

It was the flat metal fusible link on the passenger side under the hood. Didn't notice it at first look. Changed it and everything's great. Thanks for the help. I haven't checked the link yet, but I'll check it now.
