Albert, Looking forward to the finish product. I'm on the list along with bernard to pick up a set!
by the way - are you making molds of the AMG duck tail as well?

No! Mold it all the way down to the bottom. So this way people can put staggered rims on. If your really going to make this put me on a list. I seen some pictures with a w124 from japan that had wheel fenders and it looked Really nice. Ill post pictures of it up soon. But yeah mold it to the bottom OR make 2 kinds because i dont have that whole door mold. I have the long rubber strip. Nice job AS.

I've seen the trend of the two tone paint jobs and was thinking about it myself but with the body lines it dosen't really go with our cars....it's getting played out in the dub scene.....those wheels would look cool like that if would anodize the lips and paint the center black...the side skirts ben has are fiberglass...

Yeah, I'm serious Albert. I've been looking all over for a Ducktail and can't find one anywhere so I guess I'm going to have to result to a copy. Any more pictures? Give me more details about them!
I'm not too sure what material the Wald Side skirts are either, I'll find out. Probably FRP.

Albert, are you going to anodize the wheel lips gold or is that going to be gold plating? Man, the kit hasn't arrived yet, so I don't think theres any way the car is going to be ready for Eurofest. I'm hella dissapointed about that, but there will always be other car shows... You know as soon as it arrives, we'll follow through with what we were talking about..The only bad thing about geting the wide fenders is that either I'm going to have to dish out for new staggered 19's or get wheel spacers to have them look semi-decent. You can't have a flat faced style rim tucked all the way inside the fender wells. Or maybe just bagg the whole car and lay it on the frame...hahaha
IMO, I think your car would look smoother one-tone instead of the black roof. The black rims and plated lips gives the rest of the car the perfect amount of contrast.
What yr GSXR did you hook up by the way? My favorite will always be the old skewl slingshots 88 - 91. Nowadays bikes look tooo smooth and TRON like.
If you ever come across a slingshot let me know, I've been looking for another one.

What I meant was if there were any commercially available W124 body panels that have similarly wider fenders or were you blazing a trail here. If so, I think we will all be interested in the results. Also as was mentioned with these fenders, it seems that they will allow for a wider wheels or spacers. i my self would love to mount 19x8s', but always thought that was pushing it.
