Post-Hwy Stumbling

So my 300TE runs great, I have installed a new H20 pump(yesterday), new OVP relay, new plugs/wires/cap/rotor, serpentine belt, and the engine itself has had it's oil changed every 3000mi and the cleanliness of the camshaft and valvetrain would prove it.
My problem with the car happens only ocassionally when I have been running smoothly at about 70-80mph for 30 min or more, and when I get off the highway and come to a stop at the intersection, my m103's idle and oil pressure drop. The idle goes lumpy to around 500+-100rpm and the oil pressure drops to just below the #1bar. Because the car runs so well besides this, I am curious if it could be the fuel relay? I have tried cleaning the idle control valve but it wasn't dirty, but I shot some lubricant in there just to make sure. If the car sputtered at higher speeds I would question the fuel filter more( which I will replace anyway soon), So it leads me to think it might be the EZK which I have just barely begun to study. I believe it is related to the vaccum and the ignition. I will look into it more.
Your Thoughts?
