Electrical BS - help please
Hi,
My W124 is being an idiot. The center dome light and rear light are staying on, my puddle door lights are also staying on. It's as if the car thinks the doors are open. It has killed my battery and pi$$ed me off tonight. Also the car locks all the doors when I shut the ignition off after driving it.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,
If you bought this thing second-hand or its been with you from new? Do you have auto-lock (keyless remote system?) installed? Check on the driver side near the pedals for the cabling. Usually its under there they place the circuitry for that stuff.

Electrical problems on a W124 are a BEEEEEotch!! ....Just take out the fuse for those two or the bulbs and that's it....I had a problem with my rear dome light but i never really needed it so i just took out the bulb.
