my WALD kit just got here...
Last time I checked when i use to work for MB - Front and Rear bumpers were NLA. The only thing available were the Sideskirts which said the German warehouse has only 2 or 3 of.
I do have a source of a used GenI which needs repairing but other than that is in good condition.

how are things? i'm taking very good care of the italian so don't you worry
Thanks zorro... for making it more difficult to decide! dammit.

i think i'm going to stay with two-tone and keep the look of my car, because i know that if i do the cladding white, i'll have to do the whole car, and since i can't pay 5 grand to do it properly, i'd rather not do it at all... in a couple of years it will definitely need to be resprayed, maybe that's when i'll make it all white... i've got a lot of ***** going on right now, but i'm thinking i need to get this on ASAP, because first off, i feel sad seeing it on the floor of the living room, and second, i almost broke it to bits falling over it when i got home last night.
now i need to fix the f**king thing before i can do anything with it. Just FYI for anyone buying this kit, it is THIN, and very fragile. urethane ftw
sorry to hear that my friend..chances are though the body shop will charge relatively nothing to fix it cause it's before painting....not like they have to remove paint and primer then fix it etc...That sucks dood....

Should be an easy fix....make sure you reinforce the area in back of the crack to give the front repair some support.
You can use a fiberglass mesh in the back.
Glad that I got a heavy fiberglass Fald front spoiler....

Also get some body filler like "Bondo".
The kit contains the mesh, resin and hardener.
Mix the resin and hardener together, soak the mesh with the mixture then slap it on the part you want to cover.
You can build up layers to attain the shape or repair that you desire.
Rough sand the fiberglass, the fill and sand with Bondo until you reach the finished result.
It's a DIY with a bit of practice....
