17's or 18's on a 1993 300 E
So I have a 300E...its a 1993
I am getting rims for it. I was just wondering what you guys think will look better ?
The rims are the standard AMG wheels. I am not lowering the car so I don't know if 18's won't look too big and stupid. I am leaning more towards the 17's....
The front of the car seems lower then the back too...
Anywho any advice ?

What is your budget? The price difference in tires b/w 17 and 18 is significant....ask me how I know. ![smash](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smashfreak.gif)
By "standard" AMG wheels, are you referring to the Monoblock II design? AMG has made many, many wheels over the years.

As far as budget goes the cheaper the better, I am thinking about 850-1000 for wheels and tires...I mean the car is a 1993...the engine is running very well, but the body is rusting up in some spots. It has 157 000 km on it. My dad go it for like 1200 $ and i fell in love with it. Best car ever. Its loaded to the ****. And yea I hate the stock wheels.

Enzo, my Benzo
The Mono IIs suit a W124 MUCH better than the ones you posted but it's all personal choice...
I will be selling my 17" mono II's if anyone is interested...17x7.5 ET 35 from a C36. They fit with no issues. They DO need to be refinished though. $700 USD takes em with the 215 45 17 Dunlop Graspic Winter tires...great shape tires too. ZedStyle??

Dude, I have the 15" 15-holes, and with H&R sports and Bilstein HD/Sports, it would be sex on wheels to have, well, those wheels. Or perhaps they go on my dads 500e. Either way, it would be awesome!
