White smoke in HUGE amounts from exhaust!

I used the Lucas brand of diesel approved cleaner in my 1992 300D OM602 2.5 turbo. I poured it into a tank that had about 12 gallons in it. I didn't top off the fuel after. About 3 miles later white smoke is billowing out the pipes at all times. It smells like fuel. Burns the eyes. It isn't blue, and my coolant level is fine after running it like this for 15 minutes. The reservoir doesn't have oil in it, and the oil dipstick doesn't appear to have coolant in it. I couldn't drive home as it leaves such a smoke screen it is a disruption to traffic (like a roach fogger or like doing a huge burnout) and I'm sure I'd get pulled over. Exhaust smells like a super rich lawnmower.

Any ideas? Did it break off some gunk and mess up one of my injectors? It doesn't seem to run any rougher nor does it have power loss. There is a little knock that was there before but is louder. Did that injector finally die? If it did, would running on 4 cylinders make it run rough?

The smoke is so excessive like the truck this guy has on this video on youtube:

White smoke in HUGE amounts from exhaust!

Thanks, noted. However, anyone have ideas?

I looked at the coolant today, no oil in it. I pulled oil dipstick, no coolant in it.

Don't believe so. I can have a helper look, or pop the cap while it's running to see.

Update, took it to a shop that verified it was the head gasket after I gave them to go-ahead for me to pay for them to investigate further.

It's back on the road again. Thanks to German Car Service for being patient with all of my questions!

Link here to how it sounds:

Thanks all, just got it back and man that's how one should sound! (see youtube link below):

Wanted to thank you all again for your help! Thank you!

Thanks especially to German Care Service in Scottsdale for being patient with me and all of my questions!
