300E won't start
 

I just bought an 86 300e not running. I realized it was not getting fuel and found there was no fuel pump relay and overload protection relay. I replaced them and noticed it was missing another relay located behind fuel pump relay. Can someone tell me what it is? The car starts and runs(rough) for about ten seconds and stalls. Any suggestions?
