Question 05 E320 43 Fuse blown won't crank

Weird things are happening. I was driving the car through town with no sign of problem and then the car just shut off. I rolled off to the side of the road and it car was dead. Everything works lights, radio, windows, everything but the car won't crank. It's as if there is no connection between the key and the starter. The battery is strong and has good voltage and amperage.

The cooling fan is running wide open when you turn on the ignition as if it stuck in high, and the fuse F32 has a direct short because its a 15a and it blows immediately. I towed the car to my house and it's sitting in the yard but I have no idea where to begin. Any advice will be helpful.

Did you check what items are protected by this F32 fuse ? Could it be the wrong fuse ,what i mean the wrong rateing -anps .Might be a 25 amp that should be in there .You need to check in the fuse chart in the fuse box , for right one for the equipment it is in there to protect..

relay

Jon is this like yours .Looking on ebay they say this is the over protection relay or OVP for short ..I could be the problem or the fuel relay ,They both can stop your car right away. Looking in the fuse chart it said 43 was for windows and the central locking / So may not be above top problem i posted above

Thinking about it you need to find out what that fuse is protecting .,as thats the cause of this fuse over loading ...
