Exclamation Low buzzing sound from the indicator stalk!!!Help please

Hello ,
In my w124 e220 sedan 1996 RHD , lately i am getting a low buzzing sound from the steerings indicator stalk when switched on , and the indicators & the horn are not working. the wiper mechanism seems to work though.I am just confused , one by one something is cropping up. Last week it was a melted fuse from the fuel pump relay & i had the same issue of indicators , but the indicators started working automatically. Now again i am facing the same problem with the horn & indicators since last night. Can somebody help ? can someone tell me the earthing point location in my car ? thankyou

Clearly an electric fault possible caused by poor contact, shot to ground, wrong wiring, failed relay, blown fuses somewhere. For W124 grounding points, here is a PDF file from the W124.zone.

thank you so much for the help , it was a worn out fuse, the aluminium at the end of the fuse seemed to have rip off. i have ordered flosser fuses
