What manual do you use to repair your car?

I use Bentley Mercedes W124 Owners Workshop Manual 1985-1995. I bought one from Autohaus Arizona for $35.83.
Here is a link:

I think it is the best manual, although it does not include repair of some interior and exterior parts and could inlude more diagrams and pictures. I wonder what other people use to repair their cars. I am thinking to try CD version of repair manual soon.

I prefer the W124 CD service manual. It has all the detailed information, step-by-step repair, illustrations, and specifications. It's the factory CD manual that the dealers use.

I think the best overall manual is Stu Ritter's W124 Owners bible. This manual is not as detailed as the factory CD's but it covers a much broader spectrum of knowledge and tips on these cars than the CD does and it is easier to understand than the CD. The CD's are definately detailed, but hard to interpret sometimes, you can tell they were written by someone who speaks english as a second language. I have yet to find the section on the factory CD that describes removing/servicing the transmission.

It doesn't exist on that CD. At most it goes into doing a fluid change.
