1995 S124 Wagon Voltage Regulator?

1992 300D
1995 S124 Wagon Voltage Regulator?
MB book says use PN 0031540306, dealership said NLA. I asked what part preceded it and they said 0021549106.

Google the 0031250306 and Autohaus has it for $96 since dealership themselves didn't have it.
But then I saw 0021549106 for like $40 and 0021549206 for like $11, which seems too good to be true, and then some Bosch PN's like 1987237075, and 1987237077.

What really is the difference in all this?
