New, old stock. KLEEMANN W210 rear muffler with dual oval tips Missing the exhaust hanger- any muffler shop can fabricate one easily though. Will fit M112 V6 cars, and non-AMG V8 cars with single-in rear mufflers. Later E430's have double inlet's into the stock mufflers, so this muffler will not work on those cars. Not that I'm aware of. In the past, the oval-tipped KLEEMANN mufflers have never required the bumper to be modified. If you send me a picture of your car, I can tell you for sure.....
