'99 E320 wagon Motor Mounts cheap?

Found these on Ebay, listing includes 4Matic fitment. They're solid rubber and the same L and R. Are these for real?

If you want to buy the cheapest junk you can for your car, go ahead and buy them.

You get what you pay for.
Bottom line, imo, is whether you are going to keep the car or not.
If you're keeping it, Lemfoerder. Sachs-Boge....

Seen many used w210s for sale locally (for friends and family), and some of the crap (not saying yours is...) replacement parts these owners use (including used stealers...), doesnt surprise me anymore.
Once I've seen 2-3 crap replacements parts, I walk away. Not worth the headache to find more surprises later.

yeah yeah I get the 'cheap' comments.
My real question was these listings show the same mount for L and R fit 4Matic.
I'm new to MB and am just trying to help a friend with his. I roll a SAAB.
I search for '99 e320 Wagon 4matic motor mounts' and find some fitment notes showing 2 different mounts, others show the same for both. All are clearly listing AWD 6 cyl models.
Can anyone tell me if the matched ones fit?
Note: some listings are solid rubber and some are hydraulic. I know the latter are stock, are the former a mod or mistake?

These both were checked for fitment and listed BOTH AWD and RWD models for a 1999 E320 6cyl. And the Trans mount having the machined Al housing and tangs, while other searches showed only a rubber mount.
Again, I'm not MB knowledgeable, just trying to help a friend. Would any of you help clarify? Are the website's fitment listings in error?
Thanks

that tran mount is for the rwd not the awd (picture above on left)

I am not sure about the motor mounts, but they seam to look good. look just like my 4matic ones if that is what you are looking for
