it's WAY better than a lot of so called headlight mods around here

I had considered similar when modding my lights. But instead of cool, it just
said "me too" so I gave up the idea. I think what you have is not bad, but
appears too thick and says lookitme!....whereas the originals were more of
a quiet understatement and a hint of glow. Good for a saucy show vehicle
but I dont think it adds-to nor enhances classiness of a Benz. But aside
from the aesthetics, your creativity and job appears well done, so kudos
to you for that.

camera made them look much thicker than they are.
They are actually only 3mm thick and completely invisible when off.

San Luis Obispo, but everyone knows me and my travels :P I like to think of myself as an LA resident. I noticed you're in the bay, so that's no problem if I ever need to come up, 3 hours drive.

Here's my former "sponsor" cred on my former ride:

How about a Mercedes W210 with the super-wide projector set from the 2005 Lexus LS430 (earlier year use reflector). The projectors are expensive & rare, but dethrone the S2000 projector (champion in the HID world) the moment it came out . Took me exactly one month for all the custome part & shroud to have everything together.

They're bright, sharp, and ultra-wide (and so freaking expensive). On the scale of 1 to 10, I would rate OEM xenon on Mercedes/BMW as 7/10, my RS6 retro as 9/10, and this one as 11/10

Yes, as you see the cut off line is almost perfect, doesn't even hit other driver eyes.

Only xenon kit in reflector headlight, or badly aim projector headlight are illegal.

would be interested, but these were made with ease of install in mind, we don't expect peopel to open their headlights.

Rather than jump into conclusions like the angel eyes belonging to Bimmers only, I'm very interested to see them installed on an E - few different colored cars, if possible. I kinda think it mightn't look too bad......

nahh that looks cheap and ghetto in my opinion. Angel eyes is what sepperates BMW, and they belong only on BMWs. I will admit i thought about it myself, after having Red Angel Eyes on my old E39 540.

Umntiza, I have a better idea for you. Make LED tail lights for W210s, then were talking. One thing i miss about my 540i, LED tails.....

Those lights are very wide, and have a really nice cut off to them. Zam, i will admit i started getting second thoughts after seeing how wide that light was.

I am working on LED tail light for my car right now. Have two extra sets of tail light (one E55 red-smoke, one E320/430 red-clear), will probably sell the E55 set, and use the other set as donor part for my experiment.

It's ultra-wide, but not as far as the RS6, and I miss the bi-xenon highbeam. I was on the 605 last night when some punk just cut me off. I was flash him until I realize my highbeam now is just regular H7 (can't tell any difference now),just like flash light

Oh well, I guess I can't have the best of both

Just parts for the headlight run me about $1400 range !!.
