EGR Valve?
I put my code reader on my 1996 E320 this morning to see if I could pick up a fault that gave a temporary ASR message ... but there was no code stored there ... however when I scrolled through the MIL sensors ... the EGR valve showed an arrow pointing up ... whereas all the other sensors show two arrows -- one pointing up and one pointing down. Can anyone give me a clue as to what the arrows mean? I'm new to OBDII code reading?
I have a 1996 E320 and the code reader is a Pocket Scan model (the small one). Thanks.
