hi my name is axl...as stated above im from germany...actually from berlin... i love this forum hiere and especially the customized amazing cars i was able to see here... i have a 320 1998 with designo black/beige interior... i have put a lorinser kompressor (you call it charger right? ) inside the engine and the car now runs at 300 ps and 500 nm ... i have a followed a black on black concept ... diffrent front lights..painted everything black...only the chrome in the front and back still need to be painted... us front...i have lorinser 19 inch polished on it...in winter i have 18 inch amg wheels in 197 paint(obsidian)


ideas for next year... custom amg bodykit...spinners on the lorinser...monitors in the interior and whatever my crazy mind may tell me

what i forgot to mention is i have put 8000k xenon in to the fog lights

ok i think thats enuff so u can catch the first impression... in germany people usuall dont do that with their mercedes...thats why i wanted to introduce myself here...

I love your car ,love your wheels and the front head and fog lights ,

I just came back from berlin ( I live in Israel ) and I expected to see there cars with all the possible add ons but I was disappointed all the cars were plain no special wheels or other exterior add ons.

where did you buy your front projector headlights and how much have you payed for them ? , did you have hid before you replaced to projector type ? is the light strong enough ?

you see the codes in Israel are like the Euro codes and that why I dont want to buy lights from the USA .

and i purchased the xenon for the lights at www.mastertuning.net


i have just replaced the orginal one swith the black ones...actually the stock light is a bit better, but for me its enuff, since i can turn on the foglights... a freind of mine even has put xenon into his long distance light... the xenon is available fpr nearly every light h1 h4 h7 etc ---just send em an email...its a nice company...

i had the stock 224 hp ... afzer the charger i have done a dyno test as stated above 3oo hp and a peak of 500nm ... its nearly comparable to a 55 ... but not exactly... the rimz are lorinser rsk-5 i believe but with a diffrent cap... i guess from the lori d93

i have only changed the springs... the damper is avantgarde stock...

the springs are from www.fahrwerke.de very recommendable... i like em...once i had carlsson springs...they where higher and the comfort was much worse compared to the k.a.w. springs ...the compressor was bought on ebay germany...hollaaa

i have seen in the internet someone who changed everything into blue...but its a hell of work, you have to take out every button out and solder a led... to me actually i dont see an interference between yello blue and red...these colors match to me...theres no green anywhere...

why not? i thought its a good idea, noone over here drves spinners...i mean noone at all, i already have them... i am cutting a winding into the small holes of the rim, and since the lori have bigger cap, the spinners fit perfectly... i will show ot you as soon as it is finished...which may take a while since its winter and alle these changes are for the next season ...

Amazing, love the kompressor!! How does the car feel after installing it!?

its plain great..you push the pedal and the car accelerates and at 3000 rpm...suddenly it pushes much more until 5000 rpm or even more...its like you suddenly pressed a turbo button...this kompressor would also fit a 55 engine...so maybe one day i ll try it on an 55...

pretty easy my fog lights are h7 , and i bought the xenon from mastertuning.net

similiar to replacing ususal light with aftermarket xenon...but for the foglights...

thats how it looks like when there actually is fog

i have quite a custom exhaust chain... sport cats ... no middle silencer and a custom one in the end with two tips...one per side...

Car looks sick, I have similar plans for my E320, except I plan on using late model S class Carlsson 18" wheels. I have driven the E55, and it is really impressive, and I have driven everything from Ferraris to Rolls. I would love to have that sort of power with my 4-matic. A little power break and you will get some serious launch.

Few Questions.

How far does your drop springs take you down? 1.4" ?? I love the look with the 18's and your drop, its exactly what I am looking for.

Also, what sort of gas mileage have you been getting with your Kleemann, My reason in getting the E320 vs. the E55 was strictly based on my commute and the fact that I can get around 30MPG doing some serious highway driving.

the springs take me down so that from the ground to the brink of the fender its about 60-61 cm... sorry im european, we use cm

since one inch is 2,54 cm i guess you can figure out what that means... i have never driven better springs !!! extremely low and extremely good driving charcteristics and good comfort...

as for the engine... go for an E55 ... believe me its the way best...i would have bought one ... if i would have knwon what diffrence it would have made... ans also u can put the compressor on the amg engine...imagine that!!!
