Can you adjust camber?
I went to get my car alligned after getting lowered 1.2" and they charged me $100 and told me that they only adjusted toe because there was no way to to adjust camber on my car. Is that true? or are they just ripping me off?

You are going to need to get a camber kit because you can't adjust it, there are plenty of them out there:

They probably weren't lying to you. they either didn't know or didn't have the proper equipment. the above posters are correct. there's a camber kit available through mercedes that can be installed on individual wheels. I would recommend taking your car to either a trustworthy dealership or a reputable indie. (plug) I took mine to Ben's workshop in austin and they did a great job. (/plug)
