COMAND Adjustment for DST

I have a Euro COMAND and I had to set the time zone to advance the hour. If you have a US COMAND there should be a toggle for DST/ST after you select your time zone.
P.S. I had to set my Euro COMAND for Ural area of Russian Federation to display the proper time (Pacific Daylight Time).

How did you do it for US Command? I only can find the option of 12 hour vs. 24 hour clock but can't find anything to adjust actual time, time zones, DST, etc.?? My clock is always accurate to the second and auto adjusts fine other than the recent change in DST?

when u go to fix the time, in SYS, it only lets ur change the 24 hour/12 hour option and the minutes...move the minutes up to each hour and it will change th e hour
example
its 3:15 and u need 4:15
select the minutes and move it 4 clicks to the right....it will go up one hour because it moves in 15 minute intervals

Thanks for the help but I'm still screwed up. My problem is with my 01 4-matic wagon, my E500 sedan has clear and easy process to change clock/time and was easy. On the '01 the only way I know of to "change" anyhting is through my steering wheel controls, I have US comand with Nav, Tel, Voice, etc. So, I use the steering wheel button for "page" to go to screen that says "must be chabged at standstill" (all displays are on dash in lower center), then I use up/down buttons on steering wheel to get to clock page which gives me a choice of 12 or 24 hour clock- I use 12 hour. Then I'm stuck because the only cloice is to toggle between 12 and 24 hour clock option using the steering wheel "plus/minus" buttons?? Nothing allows me to access anything to change minutes, hours, DST, Time zones. My clock is dead accurate and even when DST used to change the "old" way it was done right on the dot in the middle of the night on the right day. It must load from a satellite because it is always accurate to the second and knows when the old time changes occur. I have never driven to a different time so don't know how it would "know" to move me back an hour. What an I missing? Musicman, I went to the website but found zip and the search engine (or archiving) is terrible and brings up junk? I can call an SA on monday if it requires a drive in?

you hit SYS on the command unit. then, using the knob and controls on the command unit (NOT THE STEERING WHEEL), you choose the date/time option. Then you just turn the knob forward or backward to adjust the time on the Command unit.
Once you have set the correct time and exited the Command, the clock in your cluster will be automatically set as well.
I hope you can use these instructions. If you are confused, do a search in the W208 forums as a member posted extremely detailed instructions.

Thanks! Here was my problem/ignorance: I have no "SYS" button which is what I was looking for. I finally hit my "SVC" button on the left side of my comand and that brought up a "soft button" screen with "systems settings" and once I got there it was easy, just advanced the minutes (30 minute increments on my car), until I got the hour advanced by one. I feel pretty stupid and didn't realize you guys assumed I knew that the Systems Setting button was a softwarare option under the SVC buttom. That may have been the first time I ever looked at the SVC options sice I bought the car new! Thanks, again.

Yeah, I have the SVC button too. Sorry you couldn't find the instructions where I told you. It might be under the Owner's Online area. Glad you have the clock set anyway
