Transmission stuck in park, as is the gear selector.
First i notice my transmission could shift fine but the gear selector would not. So in playing with the transmission i unplugged the safety wire and now its in park only mode as well. I dont have the reset button like my nieghbors ML i dont think, so i dont know how to reset this thing. Any ideas? I have a i-Pro OTC ive been playing with but i dont really know how to use it. I did manage to get into a diagnostic screen and see it had two selector level errors or something like that. Im not a transmission guy so help would be appreciated. Also if you know how to operate the I-pro OTC with the 38 pin port connector and manual selector board thingy for mercedes gimme some steps to follow
