Thanks to all!!

@ tbone006: I made the panel by myself. The TFT is an Touch Screen, the CarPC is in the back of the car. Everything controlled by the Touch, incl. Internet, Telephone, Music, Video,...
The company of the steering Wheel is carsdream.com
The Carbon of the steering wheel mady by different company.

Here`s the CarPC

The Panel...

I cut the oem Panel in two parts and used the part of the top now at the bottom.
For that i had to shortening the sides for about 1cm.
The next problem was that the cutted panel hasn`t had an Radius at the bottom. So i cut from another panel the Radius and adhere it to the cutted panel.
Next step was to make an panel for the top.
My first idea was to use an oem panel for it, but the problem was that the two holes from the seat heater button would be see besides the TFT aperture. So i had to go on with "normal" board.
First cut in correct dimensions, then adhere to the bottom panel.
Next thing was to make the framke ready to hold the TFT and the clima console. Everything has to work like oem
Then i had to cut out some material from the panel for the TFT.
The last two pics shows the first fitting tests.
After all was correct fitted in the whole panel was send to the Carbon Fiber Factory, the endresult looks like that:

The clima control and also the whole panel are fitted in the same way as oem.

hahahaha....that is AWESOME !!! It turned out AMAZING better than stock !!!
- So did you have to extend or alter wiring for controls at all ?
- What type of glue / plastic filler / epoxy did you use?
- Also is that clear acrylic used for side-brackets?

WELL DONE !!!

Haha

No, the oem wires for the clima control and the "button Bar" is long enough so it wasn`t necessary to extend something.
I used i 2K Plastic Glue i found in the local Carparts Store, ist fantastic in holding, also you can sanding, drilling,...wonderful. And it harden very fast.
Yes, i ordered the acryl glass parts in eBay, no problem. They are very hard but light.

Thank you enrikerace.

Performance upgrades are: ECU tune, VMax limiter is out and the gear box is programmed for faster shiftening - like the AMG have it.

No, the Motor will not follow :-)

A short Differential will follow, also the camshafts from an C43AMG and Cat deletion...with the Super+ ECU Tune i already have i am sure the E430 is as fast as the oem E55.
We will see - pics, videos and details will follow.

I don't think that will get you close to the power of an e55 with the mods listed. You will need a supercharger or turbo to make up for the 1+ liters of displacement difference. Awesome work on the car though.

Yes, I'm talking about the 210 E55. It has 75 more HP and 100 lb/ft of torque more than the E430. You will need a supercharger or turbocharger to overcome that difference. A cam, tune, and exhaust will not get you close to those numbers.

I have a C43 and have installed the Evosport UD pulley kit, Phenolic spacers, Renntech CF air box, AFS pro dry s filters and have deleted the secondary and resonator. At my last dyno I was @ 246 RWHP (this was without the Renntech air box and filters, I am estimating 256 RWHP with the airbox) and I am not at W210 E55 power yet.

I have Kleemann headers, Random technology cats and a Eurocharged ECU tune I need to install but even then I am expecting to be around 280-290 RWHP which is what a stock W210 E55 puts down.

There is no replacement for displacement (unless we are talking F/I )

P.S. you have one of the best looking W210's I have ever seen!

Please tell us how the paddle shifters work! Are they just switches tied into the factory Touch Shift wiring?
