Traction Control on '96-'97 E's

I know that the '98-'99's have a switch for traction control, for the years mentioned in the heading is it as simple as just pulling a fuse for that circuit, if there is one. I bet it's tied in with something else. IS there a simple way to rig up a switch maybe?
