Brakes?
If your brake pedal is pulsating when you apply the brakes, your rotors are out of round and you need new brakes and rotors. If that's what you are talking about.

If its when youre braking it sounds like your rotors are warped
If its when idle sounds like your motor mounts or you have a slight miss but not bad enough to trip the check engine (could be the ignition coil wires too)

On my clk 430 2001 i thought it was the ignition wires and spark plugs so i bought them and also rotors and pads in the front. The problem was the brakes so then i sold the car and im left with the plugs and wires all bought from the dealer.
