did you use the exact same lugs and wheel which was on it before you
performed this job. do not use the vehicle until this has been resolved

As raymond points out it's the sound of lug bolts hitting internals of rear brake drums.

Clicking sound would be from lug bolts hitting emergency brake shoes and is caused when longer lug bolts are used or with new wheels on which your old lug bolts stick out too far. Lug bolt should stick out about 16-17mm from back of wheel.

For adjusting emergency brake shoes see this thread, last post.

Good luck.

U use a metal valves in your wheels? sometimes a miss lug inside the wheel produce this noise. Comonn when you use a metal valve & broken un unmounting the tire or missng lug inside. Check

dragging pad ? any visible particulates on rotor or pads? have you had a
chance to pull the tire/rim combo and examine everything again?....including
rotating by hand? how about removing wheel, rotating it 90º and putting
it back on and seeing if sound still exists?

sounds somewhat to me to be hub/wheel rotationally generated, for sure
