Shaking at 50mph
I have a 99 E320 W210 rear wheel drive. I live in Chicago and we just got hit with about 2 feet of snow. I started my morning commute to work as I do every single day entering the highway. Once I merged I started picking up speed right at about 50 mph when my car felt like I was getting a flat tire except it wasn't pulling one way or another. I decreased speed to about 45 mph and it was smooth again. It almost feels like one of the wheels is loose and is about to fly off. This has never happened before. I pulled over and checked all my tires. I did not see any tires losing air. They were all covered with snow. I just want to know if it could be anything mechanical? Has this happened to anyone?

Out Of Control!!
Sounds like the snow and ice created an out of balance situation--during the day or if you have a drain in your garage-------throw buckets of very hot water over tires and rims!!
