reset hear restraints
My E350 2006 head restraints popped going over a speed bump. Supposed to happen when rear ended. I have read the manual and have the tool to stick into the top of the restraint, but I can not get it to work. Does anyone have any practical tips on how to reset the restraints with out going to the dealer??
Like I said I have the manual and the tool, but I cannot get it to engage.
