02 E320 4Matic Wagon.

Behind of passenger side rear tire..
Inside of Fender Cover..
there are some parts in there.

I ran over something and the something torn the cover. I see some parts in there has a crack. After the running over something, Fuel low light is blinking and Check Engine light is on. I was hoping that was the cause.

What's the name of the part and is that possible to be a cause the Blinking Low Fuel light and Check Engine light?

Maybe the fuel filler neck?

the hoses,valve,and charcoal canister are in that location.
The flashing light and code will show major leak in the evap system.
Repair it.
