Can I get into the truck through back seat ?
First I am amazed how much stuff comes up when you Google "Mercedes trunk won't open"
Well my trunk won't open. Console switch seems inop, physical key will not work, remote does not work.
If I remove the seat back, can you crawl into the trunk or is there framework that blocks it?

There is firewall between back seat and tank in the trunk.
Did you try the trick with blowing air into trunk lock tubing on PSE pump?
Exercising the tumbler for a day should make it working again.
