It sounds like an electrical problem. The car's computer constantly checks for problems. When you disconnect the battery the fault is temporarily erased but will come back eventually when the computer finds it. Maybe a grounding fault -- hard to say. It may be due to some feature you are using intermittently. Bear in mind, also, that locks are pneumatic and the seats are electric so there could be more than one issue involved.

1. locate the CAN junction connector under the door sill, in the cable spaghetti below the A-pillar.
2. disconnect one of the 10 items, do a battery disconnect reset, and then drive around for awhile to see if the problem recurs. I would start with the right rear window motor.
3. repeat 2 until successful.

who is more knowledgeable, have same problem....even an SDS living nearby
