E320 (W210) Headlight Lens Replacement
So my girlfriend has an E320 with 325K on the odometer, and the headlights don't seem to have ever been changed. They are extremely foggy and the visibility is that of the fog lights on my car. It's a pretty substantial safety issue and I'm wondering if anyone here knows where you can buy OEM or replacement lenses for the headlights. Is that even possible? Or would I have to go about buying new headlights entirely/buying cheap lights off eBay?

I bought brand new headlight units, they were quite pricey. I think almost $700 for the pair straight from the dealer? But they made my car look 7 years newer. You can't just buy the lenses as far as I know. It made a huge difference driving at night, but with the mileage of her car, if it were me I would try a head light restoration kit on them first? I bought a rain-x brand one, about $15, and cleaned the headlights on a old 5 Series and it made a considerable difference. Only took about 30 minutes to do both lights. Also, the MB dealers in my area often run a special, $49 for a headlight restoration. Check the dealers in your area to see if they offer anything. If that doesn't work and you want to go about replacing them I would just check junk yards in your area to see if they have a similar E Class and see if the lights on it would be better than what she has, or go with cheap ones on ebay.

I have seen the lenses on ebay in the past. I would try sanding and refinishing them before buying new units. Mercedes headlights restoration - YouTube

I wasn't sure, I have a BMW E46 and you can buy replacement lenses on a few different sites, I didn't know if the E320 was the same. She was looking to just buy some low-grade projectors because she says my lights are too bright. I figure I'll try that TurtleWax restoration and see how that works. I did see that the OEM grade headlights are über expensive. Especially OEM xenon assemblies.
