W210 Intermittent Power Mirror - Fail One Direction Only
This one took me three months to figure out and it should have only taken 20 minutes. Mirror worked fine in horizontal directions but in the vertical direction it only worked in the "down" direction; the "up" direction in the vertical rarely worked. The attached explains what happened and how one can troubleshoot and repair if this applies.
