non starting.
 
Hi my car started burnt out after staying locked in an burnt some wiring. We repaired wiring fitted new starter seemed ok for a week,parked up for the nite now wont start,turns over fine,did try to fire but never caught. Fitted new cam sensor,now dont even try to fire. Batterys good,diesel up to injectors,still no joy... any ideas pls..

If this is a W210 diesel--check\test the K40 relay---

On W210 diesels the K40 relay is the first(front) item in the control module housing which on LHD vehicles is under hood on passenger side.

A word of caution disconnect the battery before you start putzing around with the relay.

Additionally take a picture of the relay before you start pulling connections--that will stop any continual whining about where this and that goes after the fact!!:smash:
