Not dead but dying quickly. Are yo usure there is water in the oil? Is is milky and cloudy? Are you losing coolant? If yes to either, get it diagnosed and repaired ASAP. Usually, water in the oil means bad head gaskets or other uper engine trouble. If you do not act NOW, the Anti-Freeze will destroy the bearings and require you to go through the entire motor.

DO NOT DRIVE IT!!! Call a tow truck to take it to your dealer for diagnosis.

Well, that is a little different. Get a Topsider oil extraction pump and suck out some oil from the crankcase. Milky oil on the cap can be from condensation that does not get burned off. Do you drive a lot of very short trips? Is it very cold where you are?

Most likely this is the case and nothing to worry about but verify it by checking the crankcase oil.

yes oh so very cold.. drive less than 5k a year (second owner), there is no white smoke coming from the exhaust which would sigify a blown head gasket. I just don't know?

Get a sample of the crankcase oil to be sure.
