Advice on non running e320

Last year at this time I slid into a medium at like 20 mph. Cracked both oil pans. Replaced the lower. Upper still leaks. Pretty bad. I switched over to my c280 because the repair for the upper pan was a ton. Besides leaking the car drives fine. Has only 89k on it. I've had it for sale for a while though. No one's going for it. Asking 2500. I believe it's worth more, with those miles but I just want it gone. Thinking about parting it out. What's everyone's thoughts? I'm looking at a new c class so getting it out of here would help a bunch.

You never know till you try.
Don't expect too much. Cars are so cheap that just like TV and microwaves -they become disposable items.
10 years old car is worth fixing a switch or oil change. but replacing electric plate or transmission flush might cost 50% of car value.
Have been on junk yard today - very nice Jaguars, 2001 S-class in clean condition.
From couple of W210 only side mirrors are taken and center console switches. The rest is worthless.
Seem the biggest value in those cars are the extended wheel bolts. I collect them on JY and sell for $5 a piece.

main reason I didn't want to fix it at the time. It's perfect otherwise. There's such an abundance down here the market is flooded. Id like to just sell it rather than end its life and ship off the parts.

What's the expensive part with fixing the upper pan, the parts or the labor?? If it's the labor, you might want to look into getting a used engine, they're super cheap on uneedapart.com, and just keep driving it.

It's the labor. The whole lower frame needs to come off to access it. The engine is fine it only has like 90k
