describe with more detail what you are envisioning about with your idea.
generally speaking, the interior lighting is easier to configure than the outside
lights so it shouldn't present any major problems. but more information from
you would be good. the application of "ambient" lighting can mean different
things. what type of lighting modules are you considering? incandescent,
LED, electroluminescent...and how would they be triggered or used?

that doesn't clarify what you want to do with that outlet.

i don't know if brevity is because you're too busy to type or that you think it's
obvious to folks of what you're thinking. it isn't with me.

but I'll try to be play along. you know that the object you posted is in the
bottom of the door, right? so if you're asking if it is possible to tap the power
into that to provide some sort of door paneling lighting to enhance the ambience
of those in the car, yes. very basic electrical circuitry is involved.

but if you're asking HOW to do it, you'll have to communicate a bit more by
describing the look and appearance you're seeking.

otherwise, what you're asking is akin to asking an interior designer "do you
think I can improve the lighting in my house?" and not provide any further
thoughts of the design you've painted in your mind's eye

if English isn't easy for you, perhaps you can draw a simple picture and post
it along with your post to give folks an idea
