1995 E320 Front turn signal lens replacement
My front right turn signal lens on my 1995 E320 blew completely out of the car while driving on a long trip at about 75MPH. I got a replacement, but I can't get it to snap all the way in. It looks tight but I can pull it back out without much effort. My guess is that whatever is keeping this replacement from snapping in is the same thing that allowed the original one to be blown out from the turbulence of driving at high speed. I can't see that there's anything in the way of it going all the way back. Could it be that I need to replace the catches it seats into as well as the lens cover?
