1999 E-320 Error Lights Shuts Down Won't Start

I was driving a week ago. My BAS ASR and AND lights came on. The radio them shut down and the car limped in to a lot and then would go further. I killed it, waited a few minutes, restated, then almost immediately had the same issue. I got a tow back to my place. With a jump, it started so I could pull into the garage, but would not start again on it'd own. Checked the serpentine belt. It showed wear and was starting to slip. When I went to replace it, the tensioner came apart in my hands. I replaced the tensioner and belt. It wouldn't start, but did with a jump. Drove astound a while to charge. It ran fine with no warning lights. Took it out add-in later in the day with no issues. Started up again next morning with no issues. Took it out at lunch. Was fine for a while, then the same symptoms started again and now it won't start, even with a jump. What should I try next? Battery, alternator, etc?

Go get it scanned with Star instead of throwing parts at it.

Sounds voltage related. Possibly fired alternator and cooked battery. Scan and test before you spend and wrench!
