AC Clutch won't engage

I have a 2000 E320 with dual temp control panel, AC worked fine one day then vehicle sat for a couple of days and now AC clutch will not engage ran codes and came up with E61 419 cleared them and same code came back. checked all wiring and fuses everything checked out good. can't check R134 level due to compressor not engaging. is there a way to bypass pressure switch to see if clutch working ? or do i need to replace ac clutch ? Thanks in advance

You have been given HS information. Fault 1419 is a faulty electromagnetic clutch----with that fault and by design you will never be able to start the compressor until you replace the clutch. With a new clutch you can then start the system and check what ever you want----do not putz around with any switches or sensors!
