How to change the leather seat covers, etc
How do I remove the plastic piece that holds the headrest motor and guides for the metal parts of the head rest?
how do I remove the leather seat cover at the top back of the seat?
if there is a write up on how to remove the seat covers please someone point me to it.

From what I remember the headrest is just pushed-in into the guides, so strong pull should do it.
Back rest has plastic cover on the back with 2 screws at very bottom. Once you remove the screws, the back slides out and expose the edges of leather.
MB is using hardened edges making U-turns and slide into frame channels. Take some pushing on front to give it some slack and then flat screwdriver, or strong fingers will pull the edges out

I can get the back off and pull the headrest out no problem. I'm trying to remove the plastic bracket that holds the motor and the square plastic parts on the seat top that the headrest plugs into. The goal is to totally remove the leather seat covers from the cushions.

The leather is attached to cushion using plastic pegs that go via the cushion and catch steel wire saw-into the leather.
You need good fingers and long screwdriver or long needle-nose pliers to deal with it. Pull the edge of leather and you will see it.

is this the part where you simply grab the motor assembly and slide it to the right a half inch or so and it drops straight down? if so, it's just a mortised type latch fit
