1997 Mercedes Benz E320 issue

Hello All,

I own a 1997 Mercedes Benz E320. I replaced with a new OEM battery and got a check engine light warning. Car drove fine for about 3 months. Now it fails to start.

To summarize, my car issues are as follows:

OBD2 sensor had previously showed the issue to be a cylinder 6 misfire
The car does not start yet cranks on
The OBD2 sensor is not being read

Any ideas on where and how to start troubleshooting?

might have blown fuse for OBD port.

Not sure which that would be for that car.
