I've change the spark plug

Over the weekend I changed out the spark plugs since my car has 93k miles and I did not know when was the last time the plugs were change since I bought it with 90k miles. I noticed the few of the plugs were burnt on the housing. When I did the task changing out the plugs, I was cleaning the MAF with brake cleaner. As soon as I put everything back on. I started up my car and suddenly it was shaking. I thought I screwed up something. Then the engine check light came on then the multifunction message came on. So I took it to Autozone to have the codes pull and it was code P0302. He told me cylinder 2 misfire. I thought, how is that possible. So as soon as I got home, I pulled the cover and remove the spark from cylinder 2. It seem fine. Then i realized that my wire on the injector port for cylinder two was loose. So I had a heck of a time squeezing that spring to latch it back on to the port. So I started up and it ran silky smooth. I'm surprise how something can be overlooked that I wouldn't thought of it that affects the misfiring. Now I still have the engine check light. I wonder if the light will go off after a certain cycle or do I have to go get it reset?

Disconnect the battery at the negative ground access panel in the footwell in the back seat on the right side. You will see a small cover just below the seat. Disconnect it for 5 minutes and then reconnect it. Autozone will read your codes for you and then they should be able to reset them from their scantool as well.

Did you use Bosch Super Copper plugs? You might have gone ahead and replaced the ignition wires or at least the boots below the coils when you did the plugs. The boost are only $6 and the wholw wire set is around a $100 and comes with the boots.
